About Me

Kyra Gurny is an exuberant and passionate performer from Harrison, NY, and has just graduated from Manhattanville College with a BFA in Musical Theatre. She has most recently played the roles of Marta in Company, and Topeka in Swingtime Canteen, and has been a soloist in two cabaret performances. Kyra is confident, witty, and optimistic, hopeful and determined that she will have a successful life on the stage or in front of the camera. Outside of theatre, Kyra has a multitude of interests such as drawing, playing the french horn, and psychology. Her intellect alongside her empathetic and strong understanding of how people think and behave contribute to her ability to develop complex characters and their relationships with others. Lastly, she loves spending time with her friends, and rewatching or rereading Harry Potter for the thousandth time.
